Hello, i am new to this site and i am trying to get all of the info that i may need to do a auto to manual transmission swap. I have an 85 berlinetta and i think that it is more fun to drive a manual.the car is in pretty good condition and everything works fine.Is it worth switching because if the car is going to be worth something in a few more years then i want to leave it stock. if anyone has any help or tips please get back to me.
thanks.

You may find what you need over at www.thirdgen.org . We are mostly 1st gen guys here, and unless Bonzo chimes in I think you're going to be waiting a while.

Overall, I don't think the market for a 3rd gen Berlinetta is going to be such that altering an original is going to matter. But there again, who would have predicted the crazy market right now for the 1st gens?

I suspect you'll spend more money converting it and getting it working right than the market value for the car, unless you can find a wrecked donor car and get everything dirt cheap. The T-5 5-speeds are different between the V6 and V8 (305) applications, so you'd have to get the right stuff for whichever you have.
