I've only made one run straight off the freeway and got kicked out for an incorrect helmet:

60': 1.84
1/4: 11.92 @ 112MPH

Shoot, don't remember the 1/8th...

A quick way to compare ET with MPH is by multiplying MPH and ET. The result should be close to 1320 for a car that is hooking real well, a higher number means the car could go quicker with that MPH.

You can also divide 1320 by ET or MPH to get the "optimum" ET for a given MPH or the minimum MPH required for a given ET.

This is just a thumb-rule so I wouldn't get too nit-picky about numbers but I think its a good tool.

I found a slip from 2000 when my combo was quite a bit different.

1/4- 12.05 at 113.37

Darn Poor track conditions:mad:

The new converter should help out, the old one was slipping pretty bad

Your 7.68 should get you just about in the 11's

I like the formula Eric. Matches the Moroso Speed Stick, er, ET Calculator.

1/8 times 1.56 gives a close answer too. 7.68 x 1.56 = 11.98's

I need to shave a few more tenths though.

looking at a few slips and see one guy I ran that ran 11's ...
7.54 @91.66 =11.837 @114.20

thanks Everett,
I'm driving for my team this season in our testing car, so i wont be running points, but i will be driving one of the fastest stockers in the country.

Next season i will probably put a stock engine in my ride and race in F/SA.
