The result should be close to 1320 for a car that is hooking real well, a higher number means the car could go quicker with that MPH. You can also divide 1320 by ET or MPH to get the "optimum" ET for a given MPH or the minimum MPH required for a given ET. This is just a thumb-rule so I wouldn't get too nit-picky about numbers but I think its a good tool.
