Have a bet going on this...............................what/who was the manufacturer of the original spark plug wires on say a lo-po 327 for 1967?

You may both be right. I'm not sure what the company was called at the time - Packard Electric, or Delco Packard Electric.

It is now Delphi Packard Electric.

It was Packard Electric Division of GM; if you look closely at many of the connectors of the era, they have "PED" molded into them. Any plug wires that say Delco are service replacements. :thumbsup:

iyo would that mean that if a car had Packard wires on it, they may very well be original?

they still make them after market to buy haveing the same look
