I'm putting headers and exhaust on an 86 iroc. I Want full size but I've been told it is hard to run and will drag when I lower my car. SO if I go with shorties, 3" inch pipes and a flowmaster will I lose performance (how much ) and what will it sound like? Can anyone help?

How much are you going to lower the car? My stock exhaust system almost bottoms out right now, especially going over speed bumps and driveways.
