I recently bought a floor pan for my 69.Do Goodmark pieces say "Goodmark"on them? The one I bought was made in Taiwan, does not say "Goodmark" anywhere on it but the guy at the store I bought it from said it was Goodmark.Just curious,we'll see how it fits soon.

There are threads just like this all over the board, but virtually all major sheetmetal components are made in Taiwan, and then re-boxed. As a reseller of these parts, I can tell you its true. Good Mark is made in Taiwan, just like Dynacorn,OER and others. The parts are shipped over here and then re-boxed using the company logos mentioned. Some small panels are made here or in Canada, but for the most part, none are made here. Thats not to say that they are bad parts. Today's repros are the best there have ever been in terms of fit and quality. They do need some adjustment and tweaking like most sheetmetal, but are currently the best alternative in terms of quality and value. I would love to sell US made sheetmetal, but only the well-off could afford to purchase it.
