I was having a problem with a gentleman that bought my endura bumper and he was challenging me on whether it was GM or repro. I was looking for some identifying marks to prove it is a GM endura bumper.

I just happen to my original on my work bench (to far gone to re-use) but there are no numbers on the back side. Only a few yellow chark marks.

Damnnnnnn...I now I'm not the only one with an endura bumper. Anyone else with any info?

Hi, I have both Enduras here (orig & repro) and side by side you can tell the difference but there are no markings on the genuine one that I can see..sorry.

While we are on this topic, much difference with the repro? Usable without much trouble??

GM Endura bumpers have sharp defined line's, repo units are kind of on the sloppy side, other than that not much differance. I have a NOS VE bumper I'll check it today for a mold number or ID marks. I'll post if I find anything.

I pulled my NOS Endura bumper out only to find a VE-3 Chalk mark on the back nothing with a item number on it
