Got the parts from Big gear head, (thanks Fred) and I'm going to install them.
I can say it's a damm good thing I left the clutch packs intact as they came out cause I notice with the new ones the shims are different thickness's. I'm going to reassemble the new ones just like the old ones sit.
Now, it was 1 thing taking it apart. Are there any tricks I should know that would help with re-assembly? I was also thinking of soaking the clutchs in gear oil before assembly.
Any tips? :)
Later, I'm going in!

Get a bottle of the limited slip oil additive and use it on the clutches. Stack the clutches on the axle gears and put them into the case. Put the pinion gears in and slip the thrust washers in behind them. Install the cross shaft. Put an axle in a wheel and set it on the floor with the axle sticking up. Set the posi on the axle and see if you can turn it by hand. If it turns easy then take it back apart and use thicker shims behind the clutches. Do this until it is hard to turn. When you have it shimmed right then remove the cross shaft and install the springs and plates. Put the springs and plates together and use Channel Locks to compress them. Push them in between the axle gears and line them up. Install the shaft and you are finished.

Allrighty. I added the exact same thickness shims that it had. I could NOT spin the gears to get the pinion gears in. I took it back apart and removed 2 thin shims. Really thin. Don't know the thickness. After that I could spin the pinion gears in. Put the thrust washers in.
I didn't do the axle on the floor deal because I didn't get your instructions in time.
I did stick an axle in it and with a friend holding the carrier I turned the axle. It wasn't easy to spin. but it spun around.
The plates & springs are a challenge to say the least.
What I did was stick a small tie strap up thru each spring so they wouldn't fly out anywhere & cinched them down as far as they'd go. Then using channels & a small pry bar I got it started between the gears. As soon as the tie straps started hanging up on the gears I cut them & pulled them out with pliers.
It worked. There seems to be alot of pressure on those pre-load plates.
So, it's all together with the new cross shaft in place.
Hope I did things right. Seems to look & feel good. I guess the only way to know for sure is putting it back in the car & start the flogging.
I think I'll spin it around a few times before I stick the rear cover on it.
What do you think?
Thanks Fred. :)

It's back in the car and everything seems fine. I used the red loctite, actually green liquid. It's a sleeve repair / something else. For lost tolerences on metal parts. That's what I put the ring gear back on with & loctite on the bolts, Shouldn't get movement. I could only drive about 1/4 mile so haven't put it thru the test yet, but so far so good. :)
