: Fender cup washers

I'm finally assembling my '69 Camaro after almost eight years of body work.
I bought the master bolt kit which has been a tremendous help, even with all of the labeled freezer bags of bolts that I've kept.
My question is this: in the front wheel well to fender kit were four large cup washers. I can't remember where they go? I don't see them in my assembly manual, and I have the old ones in a bag with my side marker lights and wheel housing bolts. Can anyone help direct me to their correct placement?

i beleive they go underneath of your front inner wheelwell at the top and their is a bolt that attaches the inner wheelwell to the fender. 2 per side.

2 per side, they go at the apex of the inside front wheel well into 2 nut clips attached to the fender. You can see the nuts and ends of the bolts from the engine compartment, so if you have any original bolts and clips, use them there where they show.

Thanks a lot for the info.
It sounds like they go in the wheel well, attaching to bolts that hold the well to the fender, so that I can see them when I look into the well from the wheel?
Are they there to distribute some load? or holding anything together?

They are there to hold the front wheel house (inner fender) to fender. Bolt goes thru the washer from the cup side. Flat side towards inner fender.

If you look at the fender reinforcement, below where the hood closes, there are 2 holes at the top edge, Those bolts thread into J Nuts in those holes. The washers are big cause the holes they go thru the inner fenders are huge to allow for positioning.

Thanks for the good information.
I put them in this morning. I remembered the bolts and J nuts that attach the wheel well to the fender at the lip (where the molding will go); but forgot about the two additional well to fender bolts that are up inside the well, at the fender reinforcement area. I pulled those two bolts back out and added the cup washers. It looks as if they possibly distribute the load somewhat, maybe to strengthen the area close to the hood hinges.
