What seam sealer works best for the roof rail on the 69? I figure there is something out there that will flow out nice and level. Got any suggestions?
Thanks, Guy

I like the 3m seam sealer, or 3m drip-check sealer. Make sure you run a row of masking tape on the roof where you want it to end, That way when you smooth it out with your finger dipped in solvent the sealer will have a nice straight line where it meets the roof (as the sealer tapers out to nothing) Wait a day before taking the tape off, if any "hairs" or rough edges show up, lightly sand out with 320-400 sandpaper, primer-surfacer shoud take care of any roughness thats left. Word of caution: Seam sealer sets quick so work fast so to smooth it out nicely. If the first time isn't smooth, you can recoat with another layer the next day.

I would use urethane sealer. It stays flexable and doesn't shrink and crack
