How well would these fit?? also would i need to do some suspension upgrades or alterations and whats the lug bolt patterns on the rear ends?? Also how muc higher would my back sit than my front?

5.5 bs on the back will rub. You'll hit the frame rails and have to relocate the lower shock mounts for sure. Should you get lucky and I doubt I'm positive they will rub in a turn.

I'm not certain they would rub, but it would certainly be tight...you'd have to measure. I believe CarlC is running Vintage Wheel Works Vintage 45s at 17"x9.5"x5.5" BS with 275/40/17 on all four corners on his '68. On the rear, you might have to roll the fenderlip to get to fit. He used aftermarket a-arms in the front, but don't think there is anything special about the rear...
Maybe he'll chime in or you can go check his website... www.geocities.com/casanoc
