For the 67 model year were the fold down rear seat in all delux interiors or just a few?

It was an option and could be in any car regardless of standard or deluxe interior as well as coupe or vert.

I haven't seen to many Camaros with the fold down rear seat option lately. I guess they are pretty rare.

We have a 67 with standard interior and a rear fold down seat. Nice option. I think the dog will ride up there real good! And she'll be able to see out the windows! My husband says no way but we'll see.:)
