: rear brake line routining

I just recieved new stainless steel brake lines and all went together ok exceept for the 2 price rear line the line by the rubber line seems to be bent wrong, does anyone have any photos of there rear brake line thanks

I had the same feeling when I installed mine. Hopefully this will help.

Try flipping the brakelines, maybe you have the ends that are destined for the wheel side on the inside by accident. Mine hooked up on target for the distribution block thats part of the rubber brakeline.

everything lines up, except it has a hook like bend that goes into the braket that attaches to the rear rubber line this is what lloks weird to me

On the body of the vehicle its suppose to have a hook bend that then bends up into the bracket that is bolted to the vehicle rear seat area of the body. It makes a perfect U shape. The rubber hose then clamps on the top side of the bracket and loops up and over to the rear axle. The rubber hose comes with a clip to hold the top part and you use your old clip to secure the bottom part of this rubber hose into the bracket thats on the cars body.
