Hi, I'm trying to remove the reveal moulding... This is the thick chrome moulding found on 68 RS Camaros, this moulding runs from the top of the door to the rear quarter... I am trying to remove the moulding attached to the quarter.. I've pulled it upwards, downwards and side-to-side, i haven't pulled on it with a screw driver yet, because I'm afraid of scratching/bending it, Is there a technique to this or what???

TC, I took mine off a few months ago. I'm not sure but I think it was held on by three phillips screws in the window felt. One 3/4" from the door end(front), one midway and one 1 1/2" from the rear. You then have to slide it forward because the rear end is pinched against the body where the top and bottom of the window come together.

Yes. BTC is right. Roll the windows down all the way and you will see two or three small phillips screws on each piece. They are hidden in the window felt. Look close and you will see them. The piece on the quarter has to be slid forward like BTC says. I just took mine off a month ago to get my car painted. Good Luck!!!

I had to take off the rubber bumper on the bottom of the window,to get at the center screw,on the doors. This was so I could roll the window down further.
