Does anybody out there know what finish goes on the speed nuts on the heater box?(cad,phosphate etc.) thanks! Larry,69Rfine

The finish on the speed nuts are a gray-black phosphate.

I had always thought that they should be silver cad. Looks better at least IMO.

The new nuts from AMK are phosphate. Went and checked the originals, and they were also dark, backside also.

Same story with the wiring gutter screws.
