Was a speedometer on a 69 Z a 140 MPH? Or was this just an option? Thanks! Larry,69R fine

Not even an option for Z/28's. I think it was part of the sports car conversion for COPO's, I think. Some sports car, eh?

The 140 Speedo was an option on my car,..in 2005. But Gary L is correct,..only a few COPO's in 69 were blessed with the 140 Speedo.

BTW,..my repo 140 isn't very accurate,..at 40 MPH it's dead on. At 65, the 140 speedo shows 72-73,..so it's not calibrated all that well.
