Anybody have advice on removing the old and installing new conv. header moldings? thanks camarko 68rs ss conv.

I picked at and tugged at mine for a while and then gave up. I ended up taking the windshield out because I need a new one anyway and I was able to get a much better angle to pry up the front edge of the moulding and carefully work it off. There is putty or something underneath so that they don't rattle I guess and that sticks them down pretty good.

It’s the same sticky putty that’s used on the kick panel vents that makes them hard to remove as well.
