I'am new to the web site an glad I found you guys.
I just purchased a 69-z and having some carb problems.
I know fuel injection not carbs. My problem is (intermediatly)the car hesistates bad when you gradualy lean on the throttle. If you pump it to get the accel. pump going it runs better (as if the car is lean).
I found that the electric choke is stuck open(with a zip tie)and no power to the choke, I don't know if the choke has anything to do with it.
Should I get it rebuilt or buy a new Edelbrock to match the VictorJR intake
or keep the Holley.I have a 350,Double Hump heads mild street cam,
automatic 3spd,3.08 gears. Any suggestions would be appreciated
