I installed Caltracs last summer. I am planning on doing some 1/8th mile runs this spring, however, I'm not sure how much to preload them before taking to the track. Any help? Thanks

With car at race weight full tank or 1/2 tank of gas driver or equal weight in seat adjust to zero gap plus 1/8 of a turn.More preload gives harder hit at launch less is softer.
