"How" we know it's fake is never ever revealed on this site. If all of the secrets were told it would make it easier for the fakers to make the tags without the flaws, and that we don't want.

I agree it's much more productive to be positive about a car.

BUT......these guys really get my goat. The seller is obviously not selling a genuine article. At the very least the plate is a repo and at the worst it's a six with a few of the right"bit and pieces" bolted on to it. I find it amazing that this is legal. Is it legal in the US? In Australia this is fraud or at the very least deception. It so sad the amount of frauds that are presented on this site. What is just as upsetting is the attutude of most of the members. Members should be strongly opposing these frauds.

All you we you be asking ourselfs is: How would I feel if I purchased this car and found out later it was not genuine??

Of course it's a beautful car but it's not what it clames to be.

I certainly dont have any desire to berate anyones car. An observation: to me the underside leaves a little to be desired Ref detail work. Just not what -I- would expect given the details of the text in the Ad. Also I was wondering about the missing rosewood dash trim on the glovebox for an INT 713 car. However, the photos show the condition of the car, so a buyer would seemingly know what they are getting, so I say let 'em bid. Exterior looks real nice BTW based on the photos.
