The distributor should be #1111480. The heads should be #3927186. Good luck. I gather this is an engine that came out of another hot rodded car(not a Camaro and not original to that car) he owned in the early seventies. The intake casting for a 67 or 68 302 ended with 610 and the heads for early 67 were 462 castings where later 67 and 68 was 291. RamAirDave Apr 14th, 06, 08:32 PM Russ, you could be right. I had never heard of MI either. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not super knowledgable when it comes to 67-8 numbers.
