Just a quick question, is there a trick to getting the door handle side of the window into the door, it seems like ill have to pry the door opening open to get the window to slide in..its a 68 camaro, standard interior.

I installed it positioning the front part of the glass pointing upwards and sliding the rear portion with the roller ***'y thru the center of the door. It looks like in the center area of the door the gap is wider, at least in my car. Good luck...

I just removed my glass two days ago, try this:

Open the door to full extension. Step behind the door (like you are getting into the car) with the glass.

Hold the glass flat and lay the rollered edge in the door gap. You should be able to finesse the rollers/ guide plates into the gap WITHOUT prying on the door or the glass.

Once the roller/ guide plates are inside the gap, tilt the window up carefully (make sure there is no binding or catching) to the normal position.

Now you should be able to get the rollers into the tracks, lower the glass to the fully retracted position and attach the cam bolts back to the glass.

Hope this helps!
