The RS fenders have a bracket on the inside for the electric motors I beleive.
The Standard one does not have this bracket.

Those are standard 67 fenders.

The "bracket" is not for the electric motors. The bracket you have heard mention is actually the bent metal at the inside front lip of the fender where the headlight bucket attaches to the fender (look at your 3rd and last picture). On the RS, the bracket is longer, allowing the buckets to set back further inside from the nose of the car (more recessed) so allow for the doors. If you didn't have the headlights set further back inside the car, the doors would hit them, hence the design change for the RS fenders. The only other difference you may notice on used standard vs. RS fenders is holes drilled out in the rear lower corner of the panel on the RS fenders for the wide side chrome molding between the rear edge of the fender and the wheel well lip near the bottom edge. I don't remember the number of holes you would see.

Those are standard 67 fenders.

As he stated, those both look like standard fenders to me.

Just imagine the little tabs inside the nose of the fender being longer by an inch or so to set the headlight buckets further back inside the nose. I don't have any pics of mine right now but just measure the setback of the regulars and you'll be able to know the RS ones from those. I said brackets above because someone else said brackets, but they really are just tabs with the bolt holes in them. They DO make brackets to be able to convert those standard fenders to RS though, so you "could" use them.

Here's a photo of an actual NOS RS fender. You can see how the bracket mounting surface is much more recessed than the standard. Ouch ... I didn't notice that surface rust before.

Okay guys...I am pulling this back up for more clarification. If I understood the thread correctly, then the top two pic, (one white and one green fender) are standard, and the one further down in the thread is RS. If that is the case I'm not real sure what I have....
