does anyone have an exploded view of the correct assembly of the console gages as they are installed into the mounting plate? i am putting a console together with oer gages but do not have any assembly diagram. the location of the rectangular insulating plates are my main consern, but i have some other hardware that i dont know where it goes. the assembly manual i have is of no help. any help is appreciated.

Its hard to tell what parts you have that dont seem to have a home in the cluster but the AIM is pretty good with details of the pieces. Here is the one I have from my AIM.
If you want to cruise my photos of my cluster they are in here... interior pics including console guages (http://www.brainerd.net/~knudsen/69RS/Interior/)

thank you for the reply. your pics help, but are there any insulating blocks(rectangular in shape, like a tiny shoe box) between the gage back and the front of the mount plate? i see in your pick that there is a pink wire and a green wire to the back of your fuel gage, is this for the low fuel light? thanks mike.
