The implementation of touch up paint upon the chipped area. Gob, wipe, gob. Be careful not to use too much.

Instead of gob, wipe, gob(texans http://www.camaros.net/forum/rolleyes.gif ) fill the chip 1st with some glazing putty or the like with a razor blade and then touch it up and then dap alittle clear finger nail polish on it. Also, when you touch all this up, cut a match stick at an angle to form a point. They make great touch up sticks.

Dab some touch up in the chip, let it dry and repeat until the the touch up is a little higher than the surrounding area.Let it dry completly. Then wetsand it with a block with 1500 grit.Sand it until it is flat then buff it up to a shine. It will not be perfect but better than a gob on the pant.
