I have an orange wire with a clear flat connector that dangles down between the glove box and the heater control panel. Anyone know where it is supposed to be connected?

There are two orange wires near the glove box. One is for the glove box light and on some Camaros there was an option for an ash tray light, which looks like that in the picture.
