Thanks for asking...my daughter Holly had a heart transplant on November 15th. 1990, at the age of 5 1/2 months. She's now almost 16 years old (birthday is Memorial Day proper) and doing fantastic!

So that's why I'm a "Transplant dad" or xplantdad :)

Mike...I understand what you're saying. But the reality is...as a parent, "you're along for the ride" so to speak...There were some extremely stressful times before the transplant, but I would do all over again in a heartbeat...kids are SO cool.(Especially ones who like musclecars...)

Glad you gave your daughters a hug...Every day that I have with my family is a wonderful thing.

Does anyone know anything about this COPO car pictured below. It was offered to me in Feb of 05 . Story is the old ladies husband died, . The car had been sitting with the 325 original miles. It was offered to me for 375k..I made an offer that was obviously not accepted. I did see the car in either Dupont or Rob Report about two months later. Not much to go by here but the claim was also that it was a special order color.

It Looked dusk blue to me to but there was something about it being a different shade..anyway , I was wondering if anyone knew what finally happened to the car .
