What's the best method / material to use to make the inside my car nice and quiet?

do a search on lizardskin. its a light weight spray that will prolly suit your needs. It has a sound dampener as well as heat reducer

other than that the skies the limit...or should i say your pocketbook :D

I have used a product called Frost King, it is self adhesive and foil backed. I used it in a corvette and in my 69. It works great and is not too hard on the wallet and can be found in the duct department and any Lowes Home Improvment.

I have used Fatmat, check them out at www.fatmat.com. great stuff, they have different thickness of material very similar to Dynamat. Slow to ship figure on about 3 weeks.
