Which of the above is the correct oil line fitting for 69 small block with gauges?

Neither one is correct - both of them are aftermarket fittings that use conventional compression fittings and sleeves. GM used their own proprietary design fitting (see photo) with matching tapered shapes and no separate compression sleeve; the same design was used with either copper-plated steel lines or with the nylon line with the tiny internal sleeve at each end to keep it from collapsing. Rick's (and others) have the correct fittings and adapters and nylon lines with the internal sleeves.
