Is it possible to put a B & M star shifter in a 67 console? I have a shifter on hand and am debating on buying a console. I don't care for the one that came with the shifter and would like to change it. Any input would be helpful.

Looks like a decent fit. Will that type of console drop into a 67? I have a tunnel with no holes. Going from column shift to floor. There is currently no console markings or mounting holes anywhere in the car. If I put in a full console instead of the little base that came with the shifter, can I put it where it is comfortable for me (5'10") or are there specific measurements for it?

you positions the shifter where ever you want it then do the console around the shifter...it is really easy to mount 3 holes for the console and 4 for the shifter........no specific measurements....and yes you dont use the other plastic console that came with the shifter just the shifter....and it will be trimmined in 2 places ( dont get scared very easy 5 min job) then it fits right in there
