I am using ARP bolts on my new motor. Do I have to paint this hardware or can I leave the black oxide alone and Hopefully it won't rust. Thanks in advance.

The Black Oxide will eventually rust. But once assembled; no one says you can not shoot a coat of engine temp clear over the bolts to prevent them from rusting. (it also helps keep the aluminum heads shinny new)
