Just got the new seat belts, bolts, and GM stickers in a box from one of the suppliers. The bolts are four gold ones and four steel ones, does it matter which go where? How do the back seat belts go as far as the male and female ends? Are the male ends on the outside or inside? The middle seat I believe gets the male on the drivers side, is that correct? Also, the GM stickers came in a box. What is the correct placement of the sticker on the female buckle? I don't want to put the sticker up side down... Any pics or answers to my latest dilema will be greatly appreceated!!! THANKS!!!

The seat belts are set up so that the buckle part is always to the inside of the seat. The clasp or catch is always towards the outside of the seat. So the driver's side buckle will be on the right and the buckle for the passenger side will be on the left. The back seat buckles are the same way with the buckles being in the middle and the clasp on the outside.

The lettering for the buckles always points down towards the straps. So the bottom of the GM letters go towards the strap.

kcs, the the size of the shoulders on the bolts that is important. here is a pic to help. It is the only one I have scanned. The rest are in the fisher body manual.

The buckle must be the "female" end where the GM sticker goes on? So on the back seat you have both "male" ends towards the outside of the car and a "female" buckle and a "male" end behind the drivers seat. Then behind the passenger seat you would have two "female" buckle ends on the seat. Is this correct? Thanks for the pic of the bolt. Four of the bolts have no shoulder on them, threads all the way. Two more have a longer shoulder and the other two have a shorter shoulder. Confusing today... Aren't I? Thanks!!!
