Yes, When you convert over to power brakes, the booster has an internal spring in the booster that pushes back the brake pedal after being applied.

FYI... Your brake light switch will not line up anymore. You can either bend the bracket that holds the switch to owrk (the redneck method) or buy a little "L" shaped bracket that will come down to contact the switch.
