Does anyone have experience or recommendations
regarding removing light paint overspray from the clear
turn signal lenses?

Try some white polishing compound and an old toothbrush. Be sure it's the white compound and not rubbing compound.

Good car polish, on a rag damped with a bit of universal paint thinners.

I appreciate everyones' excellent suggestions.

The lenses are in great condition except for
the overspray.

I believe once I remove the overspray, the
lense will look like new,

Time to get busy and apply some elbow
grease.
