I have a 98 Camaro. We charged the A/C last summer and it cooled alright then. It wasn't cooling this year, so I had it charged again. It still isn't getting cold. It this common that the compressor would go bad? Could it be something else? Thanks

I had the same problem with my newer vehicle. The diverter door in the plenum box was busted and not opening to allow enough cold air to pass through.
