I just bought a 69 camaro ss and i cannot figure out why or were the pressure switch goes to the compressor can someone please help me with a wire diagram for the ac for my car

There is no low pressure switch on a 69 Camaro, only a low temperature switch, which is in the fender side of the a/c suitcase in the engine compartment. It opens when temperature is below 29 degrees F to keep from freezing the evaporator coil.

Both the Assembly Manual and the Chassis Service Manual have the A/C wiring and vacuum diagrams; you should have both of them anyway. :thumbsup:

Guys, if you dont have the AIM, as JohnZ suggested, pop for it. Its worth its weight in gold with the info. you will always need. :)

I do have the AIM and mine is not clear specifically on the a/c pg. my luck. So I ordered a clolor wiring chart a year ago, and looking closer it's not for A/C as requested, so I orderd another wiring chart that supposed to have A/C, again wrong.
I'm trying to figure out how the wiring goes to the blower switch, a/c switch, and switch on diverter box (interior) That's all. I can't find any pics, the wiring diaphrams I have found don't match. So I'm here looking any help would be appreciated.
