Guys, I have had a problem with my 68 every since I finished it a few years ago. The suspension is all new or rebuilt. Stock A-arms with urethane bushings, Hotchkiss springs and sway bar. AGR 12:1 box, new center link, idler and tie rods. The problem is the car likes to dart to the left or right when driving on a road with grooves worn in it from traffic. On a nice flat road it drives great. Everything feels nice and tight. Going over bumps is no problem. I don't really think it is bump steer but last year I bought a set of the Baer bumpsteer tie rods. It may have helped a very little bit but not much. When it hits these grooves it just yanks right over. I have had it aligned a couple of times and had the caster at about 3 degrees pos. Any ideas? Thanks, John

check your wheel bearings for looseness and the idler arm for up down movement. Also shake your toe adjuster sleeves up and down, they can come loose and create a toe in variation.
Do you have around .5 deg neg camber?

Thanks Dave, I went through everything last year and made sure it was all tight but I will do it again. I took the alignment specs off your web page. I just told them to get as much caster as they could.
