It seems that I have a problem with my newly purchased 67 Camaro convertible. It has an automatic top. All of the sudden the top stopped working either going up or down. Checked the trunk and there I found a big puddle of transmission fluid. Any suggestions of what I should do next, and how to fix this problem? Thanks, Len.

Len, take the back seat out and check out the top pump motor. There are 2 ways for the pump to leak the fluid. 1 the filler plug fell out or the o-ring seal gave way. Once you know what went wrong, you can get the parts (pump rebuild kit has the parts) to fix it. There is a refilling procedure in the convertible section, try a search.
