My 67 vert has the door wedges, but they do not touch each other. Does anybody know where I can get just the shims. I see the resto shops have the wedges and shims in a kit, but I only need the shims.

just buy another kit to get more shims? Never seen them available separately.

You could make some easily enough, unless you're concerned with authenticity.

Im not sure what these are for..go between hinges and pillar??
The castor/ camber shims on the upper A frame, would they work?

These shims are used to adjust the hieght of the "door wedges" which are located at the top rear of the doors / jambs on verts only. They are a specific shape for this application.

I this the set that Rick's First Generation sells? It is part number CV-85 on page 169 in my catalog.

I have not tried them so I do not know how they will work. If these wedges are what you are looking for and you do try them, please let us know how they worked.
