Those inspection stamps were only used on the Norwood cars.

Only on INCORRECTLY restored cars. The LA plant did not implement those.

Van Nuys was an integrated GMAD (GM Assembly Division) plant in 1969, not a separate Fisher Body/Chevrolet operation like Norwood, and as a result, Van Nuys did a LOT of things differently. :thumbsup:
