Over the last 3 years I have had both the tk0 500 and now the 600. Absolutely no issues. Boosted gas mileage , I am up to 21 from 16 . Dropped engine rpm.. What more can I say..

I bought Ldld17's tko500. Install was a breeze once I got my ***T together. I do highly recommend a quality all-inclusive kit rather than peicing it as I did. The guys at CC5S were "SUPER HELPFUL" in spite of the fact that they didn't supply my trans. When the crossmember I scrounged wouldn't work, they made me a "SMOKING" deal on one of thier tubular crossmembers, which fit like a dream.
I highly recommend both CC5S and the TKO. With a 3.08 rear, my off-the-line performance is equivalent to a muncie with a 4.11, and my cruise rpm is 2000 @ 75 mph. Mileage went from 13 to nearly 22 on the highway!
My car is a 68.
P.S. anyone who thinks a comp plus on a muncie is a sweet shifting setup is short on info, has never stirred the gears on a TKO.
