Is it possible to have the rearend crooked ? My drivers rear wheel looks closer to the quarter in the front than the passenger. Both of the pins are in those holes. I've never messed with a rear before so any suggestios are appreciated. Car has original quarters also

Does it "finger" closer too?
B/c if you are in the holes and the front mounts are OK, you should be good to go..
I don't recalll that my front mounts moved fore and aft, but I do remember moving them sideways a bit to try to line mine up closer when I resprung it.

Put the car on stands and measure from frame front to back and diagonal. May just be the 1/4" close enough rule ???

I have the same thing and measured as Doug said. My axle is square to the car but the panel dimensions are off. That's 60's tolerances (in my case).

Back in the 70's my Nova had a broken center-bolt in one of the rear springs. That caused the same problems, and the car ran 'side-ways'.
