Anyone have a good process to get the headlight doors aligned to the grille? I am having interference issues getting the doors to clear the grille openings and the four bolts are not giving me enough adjustment range. Thanks for the help!

Mine are far from perfect yet, same issues you have. There are so many bolts that can adjust different parts of the door. Where they mount to the radiator support can be shimmed. The bolts holding the doors to the swing arm, etc. Im sure you see all the areas that can 'adjust' but I doubt there is a fool proof series of adjustments that will work for everyone. The frames and bumpers and inner fenders and radiator support will probably be different between cars, even by as little as 1/8th inch bumper difference will look wrong between cars.
I think its just manually work on one side, shim, adjust and shim again till you get it even in the hole. Then snug down and try to work them with the vacuum. Then do the other side. Thats how Im doing mine and they still are not 'perfect' YET :)
