I recently changed my old set of neihoff wires for a new set.. Not the name brand I wanted but i didnt have alot to spend.. Anyway, on the rear 2 cylinders I can see electricity bouncing onto the block. Just little sparks. Is this a common issue or is there a way to correct this. Thanks.

If the boots aren't damaged, try using some dielectric grease in them. Also spray brake cleaner around the sparkplug holes to clean up any oil that might be there.
