Ok, Ill be cruising in my car and Ill put the clutch in.. and nothing will happen. My rpms wont change.. I can still shift gears without a grind, but the rpms will stay at the last rpm they were at, before I took the car out of gear. Its not just the tach, its the engine idle! Im just wondering if this is a clutch cable problem, or if there is something else I could try.

Already tried new tb with new tb sensors.. need more assistance. Thanks!

This is an engine issue.
Possibly a sticking throttle cable or linkage.
