Does anyone know where I can get a TKO reverse light switch with Weatherpack connector as shown below?

A stock application or part number would be great.

John -

Mine came with that style from Forte's, for an additional $20. My invoice doesn't show a part number, but Mike (or the CC5S guys) should be able to hook you up.

Got mine from Forte too. Also had Factoryfit make up a custom wire from the firewall connector to the reverse switch w/the correct plug. Looks trick and works perfect!

It looks like it's Forte's. I checked with CC5S and tried to cross it with some stock applications and no luck.

oakster - I wish I'd posted this a couple weeks ago. I already cut a factory reversed switch for the harness. At least it was a very old rusty one.

Brain slipping Don? That's the switch and connector that was on the fortes tko500 you sold me.

I believe it is a standard Ford part. You might try the mustang forums to get an application, or just go to a ford dealer and start making up years. 1999-200x would be a good start.

Thanks Jim, but I tried that. I can find the type that I got with my transmission (two studs), but Ford cannot get me a connector. I'm guessing it's for a Chrysler/Dodge application if indeed there is a stock application.

have you tried the help aisle at pep boys? It looks like a standard 2 pin weatherpack connector

I'm looking for a switch that uses the Weatherpack connector because I have plenty of Weatherpack parts plus they're so easy to come by. Unfortunately, the switch I have has two grooved studs (they look as if they're threaded but they're not) for which I can't find a connector anywhere. Hence, I'll buy a switch from Forte's that uses a Weatherpack connector.
