Any one using an aftermarket T56? If so what rear gear and tire combo and what do you think about the combo?

Yes, I used an Aftermarket T56 with 4.11's. First gear was too short and it did about 2000 rpm @ 60mph in 6th with a 25.5" rear tire. I think 3.55's or 3.73's would be just about perfect depending on whether you wanted to (slightly) emphasize acceleration or economy.
