HI two seperate tests done on my zz454 not a blown, head gasket as first thought ,no hydrocabons in rad ,so what are the very small bubbles in rad?
These bubbles are the size off a pin head ,is this normal to have some very small bubbles in these crossflow 4 row rads ,would a leaking intake gasket cause these minute bubbles ,this is when rad is filled right to fill neck u can see them ,have any u guys seen these bubbles and not had any water consumtion issues

Agreed. Since you have the cap off, coolant sytem cannot pressurize to help prevent cavitation.

yup, not a problem.

But don't fill it to the top unless you have a recovery system on it. Fill to the full cold mark on the rad tank or it will puke all over when the pressure comes up.
