Could somebody please list the specs for this cam? It came with my 69 solid lifter 327 when I bought it. Just want to compare it to my new build up.

Here's a link to the Erson Cams catalog. They list a F-290-1 cam on page 10:

Top end camshaft in 327-355 CID engines on tight tracks, with limited “cast iron” intakes. 2-barrel to small 4-barrel carburetion. Low lift. Can be used with stamped steel rockers.
