Where can l get a new gas tank for my 68 for a fair price?
l looked at Classic Industries, but l think they are a little pricey. And how about plastic tanks, l think they might be a good deal for a car that is stored winters...you know with rust and corrosion it might help. graemlins/beers.gif

IMO, all the resto tanks are the same and priced the same. If you can pick one up your self, you can atleast save on shipping. I have not seen plastic tanks for a 69.

I just replaced mine from Rick's and it will look great. I did 2 coats of POR Clear paint. Not the glisten. With the black straps it should look good when I get it back in this week. Here are some pics.

I got a great price and no shipping from Autozone. That was a few years ago but maybe worth calling some of the national parts places for prices
