Which intake bolt does this mount on, the last or second to last.

Ive seen them done both ways, not sure which is correct. Most I see are on the back bolt, but I have a pic of a survivor car that is on the 2nd bolt. The rear bolt makes more sense to me so it won't interfere with the vacuum advance.

I went with the rear bolt because the other one puts the stand right in the way of the dist. hold down clamp bolt.

you should use the 2nd bolt.
The back bolt was used for the rear engine lift hook.
